Dayton Miracles And Magic Photos

WOW - a tremendous group of children, audience, talent and venue. Thanks to all those sponsors, supporters and entertainers who helped continue to build the Miracles and Magic Dream.
Dayton hosting its second show proved to raise the bar. With approx. 300% growth from the previous year I again had the opportunity to host and produce an amazing event. Along with my friends; motivational ventriloquist David Crone, Comedy magician and Chief Imaginator Eric Buss and amazing comedy juggler Nels Cremean we were able to raise nearly $50,000 for children with life threatening illnesses. At the same time providing them a chance to just be a kid again and forget about the hospital beds, shots and treaments and instead just come experience the laughter and amazment of this Vegas style variety show.

See you next year Dayton chapter of Adventures For Wish Kids!

Sincerely,

Juniper – 4th Quarter Sales Rally Keynote speech - Maumee Bay, Ohio

Now THIS was an interesting one. When I moved to Ohio in 1995, I chose to do so to work for MCI telecommunications. It was a great job, with a great team of co-workers that I really enjoyed. My boss there was Mike Isler....who I am happy to say is now my client as the leader of the sales team for Juniper. Thank you Mike for allowing me to meet and work with your great team THEN...and NOW. It was an honor and privilege to have worked for you at MCI and then to be the guest keynote speaker for your current team.

The most unique outdoor event - and hardest work and most fun you can have...

Do you have those events in your life that take so much time to prep for, a very hard to complete and as soon as they are done and adrenaline has run out...you're like....man - let's do that again! The Deerassic Classic is just like that. What is it? http://www.deerassic.com/ - One of the largest and most unique outdoor events in the country.

This was my fourth year acting as event host as well as co-director. What that really means is that I coordinate all on-stage activites, prize drawings, celeb interviews, games, side raffles etc. throughout the two day event. If you are an avid outdoorsman or hunter - you've probably heard of it. If not - you need to!
I call it "Redneck Woodstock with guns" - (We give away guns as prizes of the raffle - there are not literally guns there)
My host wardrobe - not my normal suit and tie as some of you know me by- here was day two before Cowboy Crush (Nashville band took the stage). Friday night, we worked with Tracy Lawrence - I'll find some more photos later.

Thankfully I'm doing something right - as they have a similar event created in Wisconsin in two weeks that I'm also directing and hosting and through this event I've met multiple TV producers and personalities with various opportunities. Also in June 2009 I'll be hosting/directing the Mandrell sisters celebrity shootout. My interview tasks will now be working with guests like the cast of CSI Miami, Tom Sellick and of course the Mandrell sisters. (I've worked with Irlene several times who is just a dream to work with - and still very easy on the eyes.)

Anyway - just loving life while working hard. It feels good and I'm proud of the results. Isn't that what we all want ?
Here are a couple of quick personal shots - professional ones will come along later.

Kevin Blake Weldon - also known as Bad Bob & Jimmy
(Just fantastic to work with and so much fun - thanks Kevin!)

This shot was taken on-stage during his set - the audience behind us with the sunsetting. Awesome night!
